5. SMS / Text Message Program

By opting in, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Aleks for Mesa about voting reminders, election information, and campaign updates.

  • Message frequency varies; subscribers can expect approximately 3 to 9 messages around the election period

  • Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

The mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through our website are NEVER shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
